- How we see ourselves
- Unknown Fears
Whatever diet we settle to follow we also need to support it with a change in behaviour and immediate wants and needs that support long term needs. We have to alter the way we behave and react to urges.
The answer lies in investing time and effort to break habits and to form new ones. So along with choosing a suitable diet, you also have to invest in a behaviour change strategy.
