This is pretty sturdy bike. Well constructed & 2 things is the bike sits up high & I also had to order another padded seat cover because the one it comes with hurts your buns ???? after after sitting on it. awhile Also Im like 5’8 so I gotta climb up onto it even with the seat lowered to the last level. If your tall its perfect. Otherwise its good.????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

My husband and I are very happy with our purchase. I am 5’5 at 300 lb and my husband is 6 ft 3 and over 400 lb and this bike works for both of us. It is adjustable in many different ways and it’s definitely sturdy. It is unfortunate that it doesn’t fold but it is very sturdy and works extremely well. We did have some questions for the seller and they were very diligent in their responses. So happy with the outcome large online purchases can be risky.

Very high quality exercise bike. 55 lb flywheel great choice. Easy to assmble but use two sets of hands as the sturdy steels parts have some weight. The description states resistance is by electronic or magnetic resistance. That is not true. Uses friction from a wool pad against the flywheel and a cable with a twist knob tension adjuster. Also, a flyer in the box states you can contact the manufacturer for a cell phone device to do programmed workouts. I emailed pooboo and a month later they respond. Betty states my email was in their spam folder. She is very polite. Very good English. The ‘device’ you get is just a sinble male end to dual female connector ended three-way cable. It allows phones with a jack to connect to the bikes wire harness for workouts. No bluetooth or chipped type of technology. You could get this at most electric supply stores locally without sharing your mailing address.

I have got it a week ago. I use it everyday about an hour at my work. It is easy to use it and carry it everywhere. I have just loved it. Most important part for me is digital display screen. I can see number of calories to lose weight.

the chain guard arrived broken, I requested a replacement and sent multiple emails to their “customer service” with attached pictures.. no response.. also does not show RPM’s and timer doesn’t work either.also when resistance knob is used wheel makes continual screeching noise..**Just updating, this bike/seller is no good. After agreeing on a partial refund for broken parts and non working module. Seller stopped responding to email. This has been a year now. Save your self a head head and skip this fraudulent seller

Update 27 Sept 22As promised I am updating this review if problems arise with this exercise bicycle. I have an extensive email history back and forth with the vendor which in the interest of staying brief I will simply recap and not attach.1) My first issue was a pedal that had essentially frozen up and while it would turn it only did so with much squealing, the bearing had obviously failed. I emailed the vendor using the Amazon system about this and got a timely reply asking me to please take a video of the defective pedal and send it to them. I explained that I am one of those rare people that does not own a smart phone and have no way to take such a video. Too bad was the reply, they needed the video. I gave up and bought a new set of pedals and installed them myself, problem solved.2) The belt was obviously disintegrating as there was the constant presence of bits of rubber under the bicycle. Again I contacted the vendor and again they asked for a video and again I explained that was not possible for me but I did manage to ask a neighbor to help me capture some digital photos which I sent along. Things rocked along for a bit and the vendor finally said they had requested a new belt from the manufacturer and as soon as they rec’d it they would send it via DHL to me, that sounded ok to me so I waited.3) After waiting for the belt long enough I reengaged with the vendor who said they had sent it some time back and expressed surprise I had not rec’d it. I asked for the DHL tracking number so I could initiate a search from my end. Oh sorry, we seem to have lost that number. I see.4) I then asked if they could supply me with the size of the belt so that I could buy one myself and be prepared for the day when the current one finally gives up. Sure thing, I will send that info to you later. Later never came.5) Then the vendor had a “great idea”. Would it be acceptable to me if they contacted some warehouse somewhere and get an Amazon returned bicycle shipped to me so that I could use it for parts? While having a non-functional bicycle sitting around the apartment waiting to be scavenged for the parts was not exactly making me dance with happiness it seemed like that might be the best that I could hope for by this time so I said sure, send it along please. I even reconfirmed my address with them, which incidentally I would have thought they would have from the DHL shipment of the belt, stupid me. Did I ever receive this parts unit? I think you can guess, NO.6) So now we come to tonight, 27 Sept 22, and while doing a leisurely session on the bike I hear a loud “twang” and something starts making a slapping noise. I minute or so later and another “twang” and more noise. This was immediately followed by a final “twang” and the pedals were freewheeling, the belt had finally given up. So, tomorrow my brother and I will attempt to tear down the bicycle and get to where the belt is and extract what is left. With any luck we are going to be able to figure the proper replacement belt to order and get back in operation. Being a diabetic the exercise provided by this bike has gone a long ways to helping me control my blood sugar and I will miss it greatly.BOTTOMLINE: I still like the bike, it is sturdy and comfortable enough. From my viewpoint the vendor has been “shining me on”. Telling me what I obviously wanted to hear and then not following through. I have words I could supply for this sort of behavior, but so do you I have to believe. For these reasons I have downgraded my rating of the product to 2 stars, good sturdy build, but less than satisfactory customer support.CAVEAT EMPTOR_____________________________My biggest gripe with this transaction involved the shipping. The Amazon listing, at the time of purchase, promised delivery the following week. Turns out that delivery did not occur for 3 weeks. With the shipment bottlenecks around the country I guess I should not have been surprised. The bike is very heavy duty and it is rock solid while being used. I am a big guy so having something with a high weight limit was important to me and this delivers that. One of the screws holding the cover over the belt was stripped out or broken but packing tape solved this issue.A comment on the supplied seat is in order, it is not good. I recommend ordering a seat built for comfort at the time you order the bike. I bought the Schwinn seat from Amazon and that did the trick. There were 2 metal parts that came out of the box that were not specified in the assembly instructions so I did not use them. They look like sleeves to slide over the pedestals but that is only a guess. One of the two was rather crushed so using it would be difficult anyway. Might have been packing/bracing, just not sure.Yes, I would purchase this product again. If it fails to hold up I will update this review.
