What stuck out besides the low price was the cool, slick design and beautiful color. I have to say, it is quite comfortable. The chair arrived in a fairly small box compared to what I was expecting. Putting it together took maybe 15-20 minutes, and unlike most furniture I’ve built in the past, all the holes lined up perfectly!The chair works great, with an up-and-down motion and even a manual option to tilt back, although not much. The padding is comfortable, and the armrests can be pulled back if you prefer not to use them. The color is beautiful, and the material feels strong. Overall, I am very content with the purchase.

Nice and comfortable. Easy to put together. came with a “T” Allen wrench. Don’t tighten the arms all the way before you install the back. Very good double wheels (like roller blade wheels). Large piston solid frame.

Start to finish, putting it together was about 20 minutes. Everything fit perfectly and that is rare in a chair like this. It was incredibly easy to put together. It’s very comfortable. The wide seat is great. The arms flip up really well and the lumbar adjustment is really great. So far worth every penny.

Wow!! I am impressed with this chair. I immediately assembled it and it is very comfortable. It is also very sturdy and well made with the metal base as well as the controls. They were not kidding that this chair is for big & tall!! I am 5′ 10″ and only half the weight limit – I expect this chair will last me a long time!! The wheels remind me of clear silicone in-line skate wheels and there are 10 of them – double for each arm of the base. These silicone/rubber wheels eliminate the need for a chair mat for my hard wood floor (win!!). I love that everything adjust (arms can extend forward as well as higher). The lumbar support that is also adjustable, is a nice touch.I just received this today, so I cannot comment on the longevity just yet. This is definitely a great chair for the money for those not tiny and petite. I looked at a similar chair at Office Depot and it was $499.98 and this chair is no less in quality. I would definitely buy again.

As I unpacked each part, was satisfied by the build quality of the seat and back and even the arm assemblies. BUT then opened up the pivot assembly and was frankly shocked! (Part that bolts under the seat and holds the top of the gas cylinder.) Its a standard, light duty off-the-shelf part for chairs in the $50-$100 range!!!!! At 6’3″ and 230lbs range I have replaced more chairs over the years due to this very part breaking apart at the welds at the gas cylinder pivot. This pivot design can’t handle the weight of big people leaning back or sideways frequently before the circular metal bends and breaks out of the welds in about 1-2 years time! Even the gas cylinder is a standard duty unit for all light duty chairs! I feel like repackaging and returning but found out it will cost about $80 to return, OUCH. Total waste of time and money! I should return it.Edit: Took it to a welding shop today to beef-up the circular pivot and block weld the pivot area solid. (Both areas break welds apart or bend the light duty rocking pin over time on many of the office chairs in my office over the years!) Also replaced the 4 mounting screws. They were the smallest diameter units ever used on light duty office chairs too and are prone to breaking/shearing with repeated usage. It is finally a proper heavy duty chair now, no thanks to the manufacturer!!!!! So final word on ergonomics: 1) Back frame= It is about 2 inches too short for a tall guy like me to properly support your neck and head. (Unless you slouch excessively putting strain on your lower back area. Shove a pillow in the lower back gap and you could manage a 5 minute power nap.) 2) Lumbar support= It works after about 50 hand pumps but only pushes out about an inch. Doesn’t leak so far. 3) Arm rests: Functional but about two inches too high, (Pushes up your shoulders towards your neck, but usable and not experiencing any pain yet. No height adjustment possible to lower them in any way, but you can just flip them back out of the way if needed.) 4) Wheels= Excellent even on carpet. 5) Seat= Excellent: Best I have experienced in any office chair to date for under $500 dollars. Soft but firm and should hold up fine for long term too. Support through most the upper leg almost to the knee even for my long legs! Feels like a decent quality car seat bottom. Only keeping it because the return cost would be so high.

This chair is amazingly cushioned and so comfortable to sit in. It’s sturdy and made super well. I have a leather Lazy boy for my computer/ art desks and it real close in comparison. It is perfect for most. However, I’m short and as a 5’3’ woman my feet can’t touch the floor, the back does not sit upright for working but leans back for a tall man or someone gaming. Glides on shag carpet well!**** if you do t want to pay $80. To return it then make sure everything is neatly packed just how you got it and all parts are there. They will check before return. They must have had issues with someone. Don’t blame them. If I had someone to give as a gift I would have kept it for a friend. It’s the best chair I ever seen in quality and comfort. Anyone has a big or tall spouse this is a perfect gift!!!!

It is really a big office chair. It is easy to set up and it only took me 15 minutes. It looks amazing. Also, I am about 200 lb and I feel so comfortable when I sit on it. The best part is I can adjust the airbag to support my back, this is exactly what I am looking for. I am so happy with this purchase.

Don’t we all know this? This chair was easy to put together and was shipped quickly. But it’s just not that good. The arms are one of my biggest complaints. The button on the side of the arm is supposed to enable the arms to go up and down. They however do nothing, and the arms move freely. Also, despite having chairs like this before I find it difficult to sit deep enough in the chair so my back never touch’s the back so it’s a wiggle game to get close enough to not have back issues. The lumber pump I am not even sure that it works. So overall I am going to say the ergonomics of this chair are so bad that it’s not even worth the gamble on the cheap price. The base and wheels seem decent enough and the padding is enough at this time to not feel like you are sitting on a board.

Update: the seller was very accommodating and sent me not just one but two replacement wheels. I managed to fix it and it’s back in working order. I really like the chair and it’s really comfortable so I’m glad they took care of the issue.Original post: The chair is nice, however the quality isn’t good. I work from home and need a sturdy chair as a larger person. It’s comfortable but after two months of normal use one of the wheels snapped off and I almost fell over. Now I just have a big office chair laying on my floor taking up space in my studio apartment.
