This beautiful recliner has been extraordinarily comfortable and helpful as I recover from major surgery.

The chair is well built and easy to assemble, but the box containing the base appears to have broken in half during shipping and the base bracket was bent. We just bent it back in hopes that it wasn’t more damaged. I need this chair now, due to recent spine and rib fractures, and I can’t return find a way to return just the base. Not knowing if there is anything wrong with the chair due to the shipping issue, it makes loud clunky noises when the foot rest goes up or down. The massage modes are all different speeds of vibration with no pressure as expected, based on the modes listed on the remote. No options to adjust the heat. Overall very nice recliner with smooth functions, but I wouldn’t recommend if looking for heat or massage.

The return window is to small for a $900 dollar chair, why I say this is because my right arm on the chair has been broken and we haven’t even had it for a month. It is VERY soothing and comfortable and looks nice but you could probably get one for the same price and it be more sturdy and look the same!
